About Rodman Walsh, LMFT

Background

I am originally from the Main Line area of Philadelphia and completed my bachelor’s degree in Marketing & International Business from Penn State University. I went on to receive a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. In addition to my private practice, I launched Beyond Therapy Group in January 2024.

Experience

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (#130999) and a Registered Addiction Counselor with additional training in EMDR. My clinical and professional experience includes working in diverse, populated community counseling clinics as well as outpatient treatment centers to treat mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, addiction & substance use, grief & loss, and trauma. I have given talks & presentations to various business organizations on the value of mental health & wellness, as well as hosting webinars and educational events for other mental health clinicians. I incorporate my previous professional and personal experiences into my practice, which is located in Redondo Beach, CA.

Work

I work with individuals, couples, and groups with a large focus on relational/relationship issues, self-exploration, and personal growth. I host private workshops and create content & resources on topics related to mental health for clients and other professionals through partnerships and collaborations with mental health & wellness platforms.

I also own and operate Beyond Therapy Group at Beyond Therapy Group located in Redondo Beach. We have a team of therapists and offer several different types of therapy, as well as mentoring programs that are customized to your specific needs.
